As powerful as distance healing is, it is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.

You may begin to feel much better through this healing program. That happens for most people who avail themselves of distance healing.

You should not, under any circumstances, quit taking any medication you have been prescribed.

Many medications have what are known as rebound effects. Your body is used to the medications. If you go off the meds you could have an effect upon your body that can be very serious including death.

Always work with your health care professional when having questions about your medications.

If you are receiving psychological care, I strongly suggest you tell your therapist about this program.

I am a licensed social worker and my private practice involves psychological care. I am not, however, your therapist ... unless of course you see me privately.

Distance Group Healing is complementary to your work with your therapist.

None of the information you receive from this site or from these sessions should be seen as diagnosing or treating an mental, emotional or physical problem.

Now that I've given you the legal stuff, relax and enjoy your Distance Group Healing sessions.

Blessings to you,

Cathy Chapman, PhD., LCSW
